The Study of Regulatory Cell Number and Function in Patients with Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP)

Clinical Trial Details

The purpose of this study is to look at specific types of immune regulatory cells in the body. These cells work with the immune system. The immune system helps your body fight infections. We would like to be able to see if abnormalities in these cells might be the cause of your ITP and may determine how you might respond to certain treatments.

Key Eligibility: 
  • 8 years of age or older 
  • Diagnosis of Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP)
